Grilled veggie salad

Product of our bountiful harvest from Linvilla: eggplants (japanese, white, fairytale, rosa bianca), zucchini, yellow squash, anaheim peppers.  Grilled and tossed with fresh herbs and a nuoc mam dressing over rice.  Recipe here.
