Funky, creamy Oma; grassy, sharp Cabot Clothbound; buttery, sweet Bayley Hazen. Paired with fig jam and truffle honey; raisin rosemary crackers and sesame crisps.
(Turns out I must love Jasper Hills, as it was wholly unintentional that each of these very different but delicious cheeses hearkened from the same cheesemakers!)
